Belinda’s career has seen her play a pivotal role in retail development, project management and tenancy coordination. She previously managed four retail centres for Shopping Centres Australasia within their Tasmanian portfolio and was recognised as Centre Manager of the Year in 2018. In 2022 she was awarded the REIT Commercial Property Manager of the Year, a testament to her exceptional leadership and industry expertise. Her retail management skills extend across building compliance, operational facilities, financial management, and marketing.
