Chris Parnham is a highly experienced finance and property professional with more than three decades of experience across accounting, corporate governance, and commercial property management in Tasmania.
In 1993, Chris joined Knight Frank Tasmania as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he was responsible for the day-to-day management of the business and provided specialist financial property management services to major clients, supporting the growth and governance of the firm.
Since 2013, Chris has held senior leadership roles including Head of Retail Asset Management for Knight Frank Tasmania and Elders Tasmania, where he oversaw complex retail portfolios and worked closely with landlords to optimise asset performance and long-term value.
In 2024, Chris returned to his core finance leadership role as Director, Head of Finance – Tasmania, bringing together his deep accounting expertise and extensive commercial property experience to support strategic decision-making and business performance across the state.
Chris holds an Associate Diploma of Business (Accounting), is a Registered Real Estate Consultant, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants.
