Claude joined the Commercial Sales and Leasing team in late 2020. For the past eight years, he has worked as a commercial sales and leasing agent, quickly making his mark in the industry not only as a successful agent, but as a future leader, appointed as Chair of the Property Council’s Tasmanian Future Directions Committee, specifically targeting young leaders of the future which he chaired for 3 years.
His primary focus is CBD retail investments and development site sales, as well as specialising in retail/F&B leasing. He also works as a leasing Executive for Region Group, who have 11 retail centres around Tasmania. Educated at The Hutchins School, Claude’s strengths are working with people of all ages and backgrounds drawing on a vast network of contacts that belies his youth. His ability is to connect people with the right property. Claude established a Tasmanian cider brand to fund his study at the University of Tasmania, which provided him with a great understanding of the Tasmanian hospitality, retail and business sectors and a ‘hands-on’ understanding of running your own business.
Outside of work he is an avid golfer and footballer. He was captain for the Hutchins Old Boys Football Club, having previously played in the Tasmanian Statewide League and represented the State in the Tassie Mariners.
