Craig Connell is a highly experienced Property Manager with over 30 years in commercial asset management. He has led portfolios exceeding $150 million and delivered consistent results across office, retail, and industrial sectors.
Craig recently returned to the Asset Management Services division at Elders Tasmania, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of new and existing assets. His focus includes lease reviews, budget planning, contractor engagement, and risk management. Prior to this, Craig held senior roles at JLL Australia and Knight Frank Tasmania, earning recognition as the 2019 REIT Commercial Asset Manager of the Year.
Craig’s strengths include property strategy, stakeholder engagement, capital planning, and operational leadership. He brings a proven track record of driving performance and delivering value for clients.
