Jake Edwards, BSc (Hons) MRICS is a Commercial Asset Manager based in Hobart, with more than seven years’ experience managing and enhancing commercial property assets across retail, office and mixed-use portfolios.
Jake currently manages a diverse commercial portfolio in Tasmania, with a focus on proactive asset management, lease administration and stakeholder engagement. His approach is grounded in protecting income, improving asset performance and delivering clear outcomes for owners.
Prior to Elders, Jake held senior asset and property management roles in the United Kingdom and Sydney. His experience includes managing large-scale mixed-use estates, developing leasing strategies, negotiating lease transactions, overseeing budgets and coordinating capital works. He has worked closely with institutional clients and major corporate occupiers, ensuring assets are managed efficiently and in line with investment objectives.
Jake is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is recognised for his clear communication style, attention to detail and strong working relationships with clients, tenants and consultants.
