His longstanding relationships with major property owners—including Centuria, KordaMentha, STRADA, and the Tasmanian Government—reflect his ability to deliver strategic outcomes and build trust at scale.
With a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Graduate Diploma of Property from Deakin University, James combines financial insight with deep market knowledge to identify opportunities and drive value for clients. His leadership in implementing advanced asset management systems has sharpened his commercial acumen and operational foresight—skills that now directly benefit his clients in sales and leasing.
