James is a highly experienced Commercial Property Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of office and commercial assets across Tasmania. He has built strong relationships with major property owners, including Centuria, KordaMentha, STRADA and the Tasmanian Government, ensuring seamless asset management and strategic portfolio growth.
With a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting, James applies his financial acumen to optimise asset performance. He further expanded his expertise with a Graduate Diploma of Property from Deakin University, reinforcing his deep understanding of the commercial real estate landscape.
Beyond portfolio management, James has played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge asset management system within the AMS team. His leadership has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiencies and service delivery.
