Les has worked for the past 18 years as a Senior Manager of the Commercial Asset Department team. During this period he has managed and overseen refurbishments, disposal programs, due diligence for sale, specialising in building services and contract negotiations, OH&S and induction policies. Les’ management with the Lands Building, Australian Taxation Office Building, Reserve Bank Building, NAB House and Marine Board Buildings brings a good commercial knowledge. Prior to his current role, Les was a Special Property Project Manager for the Commonwealth Government for 15 years.
