His work has encompassed a broad range of valuation purposes, including mortgage security, estate planning, and matrimonial settlements; demonstrating both technical capability and a nuanced understanding of sensitive client contexts.
Patrick holds a Master of Business (Property) from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism, Media and Communications) from the University of Tasmania. These qualifications have strengthened his strategic, analytical, and communication skills in property markets, valuation methodologies, and professional practice.
As a committed professional, Patrick is also an active member of the Australian Property Institute (API). Patrick’s depth of experience, academic credentials, and alignment with API principles position him well to contribute meaningfully to valuation and advisory roles within the business.
