Richard has approximately 24 years experience in Hobart’s commercial property market. Richard commenced his career in the property profession in 1998 as a Commercial Property Manager, managing a variety of commercial properties, including retail, office and industrial premises. Managements of note include the Executive Building and the Glenorchy Central Shopping Centre.

After 5 years of Commercial Property Management, Richard transferred to the Valuation profession with Brothers & Newton (now Opteon Property Group). During a 13 year valuation career, Richard rose to the role of Manager of Opteon’s Commercial Valuation and Consultancy Division in Hobart.

Joining our agency in 2015, Richard has been very active in both the sales and leasing of commercial property including many of Hobart’s largest deals on a variety of property types.

Richard has also served as the State President of the Australian Property Institute (API).
